Busy week – Mostly SL

I spent most of this week being busy in Second Life. I got to watch a master Second Life architect at work (online) and joined that group. And I was given a place to stay to help watch over that sim. I also spent quite a bit working on SL inventory, which has been a mess for some years and will take time to straighten out. That involves going to a Sandbox area, taking things out, taking images of the item, making folders and tossing extras of the same build (being careful not to toss “no copy” items.

I also learned how to make money fishing in Second Life. Made $15L total so far. It’s easy and will help with my upload fees. Which by the way, I added three photos into my gallery, which has now been enlarged. I have some other ideas and projects and am working on those.

Another thing that takes time is updating my bookmarks, because I have to transport to each one to see if it still works, and make note of any changes. I added a pretty venue (a winery) to my bookmarks from walking around Estemere neighborhood.

I attended a funeral for a friend’s service dog – herein memorialized. The animal’s name was Sassy.

There’s an auction today for a property adjacent to one of mine and I need to see if it will raise my tier costs. If so, I will need to sell something quick if I can, because I can’t really afford another $50 per month. But it’s right next to a good area, so I do need to have it for consolidation of areas. (Eventually I hope to buy a full sim and move everything on there, but not right now.)

That’s about it. It’s Christmas Eve and I hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas!
