On a cold day
It’s cold and rainy where I am, so after church I am hanging in Second Life and doing chores and paper sorting.
I bought this houseboat in 2L because sailing from other spaces hasn’t been too successful. Inevitably I run into a block or security orb somewhere (corner crossings) and that ends the fun. Partly because I’m not used to it. (When I sail in Oculus, it’s open sea.)
The protected water goes all around the houseboat residences. I am in “Silly Goose”, which I find to be highly appropriate. 🙂 Anyway, I stop in here before going on to work in the other locations landscaping, getting parcels ready to rent out, auctions and stuff. At the same time as doing chores in RL.
Very peaceful here too. Nothing loud or obnoxious. Environment is set to region environment. There’s a few around on their own houseboats, but I haven’t actually met anyone here yet.
Madrigal in Fairy Crossing is my other “rented” abode, because it’s so close to my fairy kin. I like the horseback ride sessions, but I haven’t tried “featherball” yet. Well I’d best get on with my day…
